How to use this website

  • Browse the main gallery where you can view a slideshow of all our card/accessory ranges or click a direct link to each design's own page where you will find full details including colour options and prices. You can also access design pages direct from the homepage.
  • At the bottom of each design page there are links to purchase samples, view card specifications, view prices, or place an order.

The order process

  • If you are ready to place a full order, you will need to submit an order form - there is a link at the bottom of this page. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions before ordering.
  • If you are planning to order a wide range of items but are unsure of some of the details at an early stage we offer a 'split order' option whereby you can order all items together and pay a 50% deposit for any items required at a later date. We will then reserve matching stock for when you are ready to complete the order. Please note that items ordered  in separate batches may otherwise not have a 100% colour match as card and embellishment stock may can vary.
  • On receipt of your order form we will email a pro-forma invoice with prices and payment options. You will need to confirm the details and let us know your preferred payment method so we can send an invoice for a 50% deposit according to your choice. Payment can be by Paypal (no account required), BACS (direct bank transfer) or cheque. For orders under £50 you will be asked to pay in full with order.
  • Following cleared payment receipt we will email a template for each personalised item ordered. This is a Microsoft Word document and has an example to help you with your own layout(s).
  • When you have returned your completed template(s) you will be offered the choice of receiving a proof copy either by email or post and this will be sent accordingly within 2 working days.
  • It is vital that you thoroughly check your proof copy and order details as alterations may incur extra charges following proof approval.
  • You will be asked to pay any outstanding balance and your order will be completed within a further 21-28 days. You will receive an email when it is ready for despatch giving details of when to expect your parcel and any relevant tracking information. Small orders are sent with Royal Mail standard services and larger orders with either Special Delivery or courier service but you will be informed of this at time of order.
